DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMERCIAL PLATFORM INAES - ECLAC
This is an international cooperation project between Mexico and ECLAC(Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean). The Social Economy Enterprises program seeks to create a virtual space through a platform that promotes local trade and consumption, where participants can consult the information of the companies participating in the program and also make their products and services visible.
Objective - Our objective was to create a platform that will become the market place and virtual catalog of tourism services that promotes the visibility and participation of SMEs in digital commerce, through tools that bring users closer to local markets.
Also integrate the same entrepreneurs to digital commerce and contacts outside their usual field of action.
The platform also has a blog, which will help to position the platform and give visibility to the program along with all sectors of Social Economy Enterprises.
Context
An important part of the project consisted of integrating the database of users who are members of the Social and Solidarity Economy Program into the platform's registry where they have been allowed to have a space where they have been able to manage their own catalog of products and services. In addition to tools for communication channels and interaction with users who have been able to consume their products and services.
UX / UI Development
Our work allowed us to achieve a digital product that worked properly and intuitively with the various types of users:
Super administrator (INAES technical team): manages the information published by members or entrepreneurs. They also manage the contents of the platform and create a Digital MKT strategy to give visibility to the platform.
Entrepreneurs (members of the EESS program): you can publish your products and services on the platform.
End user: any user who consumes the information and interacts with the companies.
