UCIRI was founded in 1982 and is one of the main organic coffee producing cooperatives in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec region, with a strong commitment to fair trade and environmental conservation, which in turn strengthens the sustainability and autonomy of the rich coffee-growing region.

How is it that the digital era will drive gender equity when there are still many inequality gaps, especially in our Latin American region and its context? Yes, it is possible and it is part of the tools towards a much more positive future. The decisions we make and manage today will set a precedent in the integration of initiatives and businesses from a feminist perspective.
