Café Dipilto is the Association of Coffee Growers of Nueva Segovia (Dipilto, Mozonte and Macuelizo) Nicaragua represents the platform of knowledge and expertise for the certification, traceability and export of coffee from the coffee growing region.

Our work consisted in developing a visual discourse about the essence of Café Dipilto, in order to help it consolidate itself as a company and brand that seeks sustainable practices in coffee production and gives a face to local producers as the representatives and promoters of Nicaraguan coffee.

Identity strategy:

Based on the exploration of the current business model of the Coffee Growers Association, we identified that it was necessary to update the image, discourse and voice of the organization, also projecting a new discourse of sustainability, community and value networks for a high quality coffee for export.

A new symbol was created that could express the identity of services with a narrative focused on the work of the association.

We worked on a communication matrix and key messages suitable for the communication of the positioning.

We developed an identity strategy to shape the new communication system and the way in which the brand would express the values and services as a Coffee Association.

The project has been part of the Technical Assistance for the implementation of the Central American Regional Economic Integration Project (INTEC).

* The program, implemented through the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA) and the European Union, is part of the training of 54 companies and business organizations in the Central American region in the process of designing, using and registering trademarks to improve the positioning of their products with export potential.
