Telcel audience manager

It is a large-scale data analysis and management platform that allows the maximum use of available information to improve service or discover business opportunities.

Our objective was to make the platform an easy-to-use tool for the research user in charge of consulting and filtering information for the generation, saving and exporting of personalized audiences based on the required profiles.

Telcel's audience manager is related to Business Intelligence tools and graphical data visualization.

The platform also has the information mapping (layout) according to the samples obtained. 

Context

Telcel's Data Intelligence Department requires the analysis, design, construction and implementation of version 2.0 of the Audience Manager, as a data analysis tool. It is also required to improve the general navigation, as well as the consultation and loading of data for the creation of different audiences.

Our work

Our participation allowed us to contribute to the UX/UI improvement of the user research navigation flows to make the platform easy and intuitive to use. We were in charge of analyzing, planning and defining the logic of the navigation flows in the scenarios of consultation, definition, filtering, data loading, export and saving of new audiences. 

  • We define the user personas and navigation flows.

  • We developed the frontend of the platform, as well as communication with the transformed database.

  • We design the information architecture, logic and application of the different criteria available for the creation of an audience.

  • We developed the functionality of uploading external databases, to which the list of available filters can also be applied.

  • We developed the saving and export module that allows you to define and configure an audience for export and destination.

  • Mapping and heat graphs with data from each audience.
