Costa Rican Chamber of Milk Producers

The Costa Rican Chamber of Milk Producers is a platform that has strengthened and promoted the industry by representing the activity before public and private institutions, proposing sector policies, establishing alliances and agreements, generating and disseminating relevant information for the sector.

Our objective was to update the image and align a new discourse that will accompany the main objectives of the Chamber and its members: to lead, defend and promote the sustainable growth of the production, industrialization and commercialization of milk and its derivatives.

Identity strategy:

Based on the exploration of the current business model of the Chamber with more than 50 years of service to the sector, we identified that it was necessary to update the image, discourse and voice of the new members of the organization, together towards a new discourse of innovation, community and leadership of the sector in the region.

 - We worked on a renovation of the logo and symbol.

- Exploration of the new narrative towards the technification of the industry, through communication messages relevant to this transformation.

- Renewal of communication channels with visual and verbal messages.

The project has been part of the Technical Assistance for the implementation of the Central American Regional Economic Integration Project (INTEC).

* The program, implemented through the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA) and the European Union, is part of the training of 54 companies and business organizations in the Central American region in the process of designing, using and registering trademarks to improve the positioning of their products with export potential.
